Bleu Cookery School, Marylebone Lane, London in 1984
Based in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells we have travelled as far as Rye in East Sussex to Battersea in
London preparing small lunches for 20 guests up to wedding breakfasts for
200 guests.
Wherever
possible we use fresh & local produce preparing the best of ingredients on
site in our kitchens.
The
food can be ‘supply only’ where we deliver the food to your chosen venue
either on disposable platters, or on china & glass which we collect after the
event.
Or
you can opt for our full service where our friendly team of staff will
manage the whole event for you from laying of the tables &
serving
the drinks to washing up
the coffee cups & glasses.
We can supply china, cutlery & glassware, together with linen tablecloths & paper or linen napkins & have close links with a marquee company who we would be delighted to recommend.
